I worked for 3 years in two of Nellsar Care homes it was a wonderful experience to work with Nellsar homes the recruitment head jinu jose helped me a lot for the joining procedures,starting from hierarchy ,RN development manager, clinical lead management, colleagues everyone was so supportive ,good teamwork as well.

Worked here ten years ago and again last year for a few months. I have a wealth of experience and qualified in health and social. Full of agency staff who cannot speak English so unable to communicate with residents. Over 10 deaths in 4 months, most were unexpected and avoidable. Staff don’t have enough time or support from management to care for residents properly so many residents are unfortunately neglected. The best care home ever, compared to any other care homes. All staffs are amazing. The care come provides excellent care towards staff and residents. A very well organized and quality maintained care home.
