I’ve been teaching Zumba at NGSC for about 5 weeks now and it feels like the first day every time. The guests are welcoming the location is inviting, and they truly care about what they do and how it affects others.
This was a very beautiful environment. The director is welcoming and engaging. Great atmosphere. Perfect adult day care. Is wheelchair accessible.
It's sad how senior citizens are cliquish. I take my mom there so she can interact with other people her age. They will say good morning but if you're not part of the cliques you will be all by yourself. They will do chair exercises but for the most part you are just watching TV or watching others play cards.
