From late 2020 to early 2022, Erin Wideman helped steer me & my family through probate for my dad. Erin showed a great deal of care & professionalism in help us navigate legal scenarios to best facilitate the terms of the will and the needs of grieving elder relatives. Factors: It was not a large estate, I was out of state, and all during Covid. Yet we really could not have asked for a better guide through such a tricky & sad time. They seem to be very selective with whom they choose represent. I placed a called and didn't hear back. When I followed up 2 days later I was told that due to the "high volume of business they could not assist me" meanwhile they already knew what I needed.....next time I'm not going to share my needs. These guys won’t even give me the basic information about their minimum amount to establish a trust. They want me to pay $300 for a consultation and possibly would tell me that they can’t even help me. One trust services bank I talked to did tell me that their minimum to fund a trust is $1 million so I know that these places do have a minimum. This is ridiculous. I wish I had read the review from Kent P before I even called this firm. When I first called and spoke to someone regarding my case I was encouraged when i was told that I would be able to do a video chat with an attorney. I did the chat with Margaret Graham on the pre arranged video call. I discussed my situation with Ms Graham. She advised me to write a letter to my brother before I went further, primarily because I expressed to her that I was not sure how to proceed because my father is a 92 year old purple heart veteran ... read more
