Mateo was my driver and he was fantastic. We had to make several stops across New England and Boston before heading back. He handled the long day with patience and great conversation. Everything went smoothly, and he made the trip enjoyable. I would absolutely book New England Limo again and hope to ride with Mateo in the future.

Timely, polite, reliable, and flexible – that’s how I would sum up our trip with New England Limo Service. My wife, three kids, and I landed at Logan Airport and needed transport to New England. Our driver Adam was careful, professional, and knew the area extremely well. The entire ride was comfortable and stress-free. Honestly, so much better than hoping for a random ride option.

First off, Hicham… Wow! What a professional and welcoming driver. He could not have been more kind or attentive. He went the extra mile to make sure our evening was perfect. At one point, a member of our group had an issue getting to the pickup, and Hicham personally offered to take us all to her. He waited much longer than expected without a single complaint, simply texting, “no problem, enjoy your evening.” Truly amazing service from New England Limo & Shuttles. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Lucas was amazing during our airport pickup. Flight was delayed, but he waited patiently and kept me updated with texts. The ride to our hotel was quick and smooth. Lucas made the whole experience stress-free. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Boston.

We booked a Sprinter van with NEW ENGLAND LIMO & SHUTTLES for a family trip, and Mateo was our driver. He was professional, courteous, and drove safely. The van was clean and perfect for our group size. Booking was easy, and communication was excellent throughout the process.
