Nienhuis has done my taxes for 20 years, i am phasing out of my business and they are trying to cut ties with 9 customers in the same situation for profitability reasons. They don’t come out and tell you they don’t want your business, they raise the rates from $480 to $750 and encourage you to find a new tax preparer. I would think the honorable thing to do is support your customers until they no longer need you.
