I was very disappointed in Neiman Marcus last call outlet store. Everything is locked up, wired to the racks. It takes forever to wait for somebody to show up with the keys. We were very disappointed and left. My girlfriend shopping with me can afford to purchase items at the regular Neiman Marcus store. She said she'll never go back again. They're going to lose a lot of customers. So sad!!! If they feel threatened enough to lock everything up then they should have enough people standing around with keys to instantly help yo... read more
