I have been shopping here for years, and Luz always goes above and beyond. She is a grandmother herself, so every time I go in there, she loves on my children as if they were her own. She is truly special and always takes care of me. She makes shopping easy, and is eager to always help and answer my questions. Highly recommend!
This is for my online experience. If I could give no stars I would have. So on Sunday the had a promotion online that if you buy $200 you get 50 off your total. My basket total was $215. When I tried using the code it told me that my items were not qualify even when they were. So I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue.
