Brilliant service from neils wheels! Rented two hybrid E-Bikes for half day. very happy to show us how they work and the best routes for us to take to where we wanted to go! Very happy to support a true local business!
Like everyone else, it seems, I had fantastic service at Neil's Wheels. Doing the long North-South Wales cycle route and had problems with my gears - not desirable in Wales! In the time it took me to enjoy a slow coffee at the nearby cafe, my bike was fixed and the next few miles felt like I was riding a different bike. Excellent service is nowhere near a given these days. This was the exception that proves the rule. Thank you.
