Neil was fantastic when I had an issue. Sorted it out in about an hour and very fair pricing. What a friendly local bike shop should be! Highly recommended.
Neil is the wheel whisperer. I broke a rear spoke on my MTB on the first day of a week in rhayader and took my wheel in for repair. Having spent hours in the past just trying to track down the correct size spoke I wasn't optimistic but Neil had it fixed in 10 minutes. Exceptional. A delighted customer.
Massive selection and a very friendly owner
Had a dropper post lever issue virtually from new on my German emtb. After persisting a couple of years I called in to Neil’s Wheels and within half an hour Neil had fitted a new Shimano lever that has sorted the issue! Thanks Neil great service as always.
