My dad was at Neillsville Retirement for several months before he passed. I cannot say enough about the care and concern all the staff had for him and assistance they gave my sister who lived nearby. Thank you!

Horrible place all around staffing Director corporate it all sucks Please find your loved ones a different home Where they will be actually takin care well

Horrible place. If you care about your loved one DO NOT send them here. Management is aweful the director lies and blames her staff for everything. My parents bathroom had feces on the toilet and the floor all the time. Also on the bed. Arthritis cream and eye drops were not administered as directed. Staff turnover rates are extremely high. This place is not equipped to handle anyone with dementia or who needs lots of care. Even though we were told they could.

I have lived at the Neillsville retirement home since May 2023 I have been been a nursing assistant myself for 34 years I feel very comfortable and cared for the employees are very kind and considerate they come as soon as we call, but we do understand if they are helping another person we will need to wait our turn. There is no assist living that has a one on one staff we do need to take care some of our own needs. I would recommend Neillsville retirement facility to other folks. I am very satisfied.
