The best service ever
Great service, Geoff went above and beyond to help me. Could not recommend enough and I will be using them for all our Brisbane to Darwin freight going forward.
Worst service ever. I paid for express hand delivery of some equipment. The guy rocked up to our Pilates studio and asked where our forklift was. I'm not sure about anyone else but I don't know of a Pilates studio that has a forklift. We didn't have one so he refused to deliver our equipment even though we had staff there to help. Over the years I've had 30 pieces of the same equipment delivered by other companies and never had an issue. This is the first and the last time using these people.
