Beyond unprofessional. I had a meeting with an accountant there named Tanner and it was a deplorable experience. I thought our business together had concluded, and two years later they randomly contacted me about an alleged outstanding bill. I spoke with a manager named Jake who laughed at my complaints and was rude and unhelpful. I would rather use TurboTax or H&R Block to manage my basic accounting needs and go to one of the countless other CPAs available for any additional assistance necessary.
