They left my 2015 overdue Federal and State tax files and paperwork sitting on a table in their office for three months. I was fined by the State of North Carolina Internal Revenue Service (they were AWARE of the first and second notices to garnish my income or Bank account). They- the owner and other accountants and customer service employees- were contacted by myself and daughter several times, and she followed up in person. I've had my taxes done here a number of times, and in fact the first time they did my taxes their accountant suggested that I redo some of my back filings. He was able to find multiple instances in my back taxes where I could have saved money. He refiled a couple of years and that current year and I got back a really nice size check. Very impressed, would recommend them to anyone.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I made an appointment and had my taxes reviewed by them three months before tax time. I was told I needed to have my old taxes amended by my old account and come back. Came on March 20 and was told they had no appointments left. I can try walk in appointments but no promises. I guess they are to busy. It left me in a bind because I needed my business taxes and person taxes done. I don't feel the company acted professional and really didn't care about the customer.
