We needed help quickly for an out of province property, where bank financing fell through. Calls to a few lenders were made. Neighbourhood (Jared S) were most helpful. A better than expected deal materialized fast. It was a big relief to have found them.
Neighbourhood Holdings is a predatory lender that trys to add money to your outstanding balance. Never get into a loan with them.
