Never missed a payment, got out of this mortgage on maturity date, got charged ridiculous amount for admin fees. Variable rate here also means the interest rises when bank rates rise but never comes back down when bank rates fall.

Neighbourhood Holdings is a predatory lender that trys to add money to your outstanding balance. Never get into a loan with them.
