Upfront and thorough business practices that we so appreciated after almost using another 'great-sounding' moving company. Thank goodness we found Neighbors. We can't say enough good about them from initial contact with Jay, who came on short notice on a Sunday for an estimate $7k less that was very accurate, to the efficient and careful Packers, to Cesar and crew who painstakingly moved, in the rain, our possessions of 50÷ years from one home to the next which has new paint and carpet. Took great care of all of our belongings, put everything exactly where we asked, and were thorough in making sure everything was put together and done right. Highly recommend them (Angel was our crew lead and he was awesome—really friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent)!
We’ve used Neighbor’s Moving Company before with four large trucks and had a great experience, and once again they did not disappoint. Jose Mendoza, Roberto, and Carlos worked incredibly hard today helping move my daughter out of her two-bedroom condo in downtown Seattle, making two additional stops to unload as well.
