Friendly, professional, efficient and polite. Three guys and a truck showed up and got it done. They wrapped everything that needed wrapping and did a great job. I'll be recommending them for sure.

First, I would give an extra half star if I could. The movers were professional and courteous. We had a team of four. They wrapped everything well and none of our items were damaged. The one issue we had was the communication barrier. We are English speaking and only the lead spoke fluent English and one other member understood some, but the two remaining members didn’t understand enough to be clear on what room the items needed to go into. Great work - really took the stress out of everything for us! We were very happy with all the staff who came to pack everything in our house and move it to storage. They all worked really hard and efficiently, giving us confidence that we were in safe hands and getting excellent service. The staff were all really cheerful too, which put us at ease at a stressful time!

The higher reviews do show that other people must have experienced something that I did not with this company. They offered me an upfront discount, which they did not apply the day of the move, so I ended up paying two hundred dollars more than expected. Plus the movers got into an accident during the move, and ignored me during the process of handling the accident, while my stuff was in their truck.. We did an across-town move with Neighbors Moving. Every step of their work exceeded my expectations. Jay came in person to look at our house and gave us a quote before he left that day. While it was a bit higher than what my husband expected, we trusted Jay and liked that the company employs veterans. We received several confirmations and clear communication.
