We contacted Neighbor Helping Neighbor (NHN) when we needed some trim removed to allow a taller refrigerator. It would be a very small job, indeed, but since we are elderly we opted to contact NHN since we doubted our ability to do a clean job of it. We were promised a cost estimate within a day or so, with the work to follow. When nothing transpired we contacted NHN again, were promised further contact, which did not occur. If they didn't want the job, why didn't they just say so?
