So I did an application online. I called with questions about my account. You can call all day they never answer the phone. At this moment I am not going to bank with Neighborhood. I do not want a bank that I can’t even pick up the phone and all and speak to a person. Very dissatisfied.
The Central Branch Manager @ Neighbors answered all of my questions about CD’s and took care of my needs very promptly.
