Dreadful, Awful, Horrendous, Atrocious!!! Service! DO NOT BANK WITH NFCU. I came into the branch to be added to my husbands account and the person assisting us, Aimee Meyers, was a complete failure. Upon activating my cards, she stated that she had typed the wrong expiration date and has to start the process over. Who does that? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED???? Last month, our credit card was denied because of this same error! Next after supposedly getting the cards printed, she informs me that an offset occurred ... read more
