I have been with Neighbors 30 years the service has gone down at the Central location we use. I had a deposit for 9 months going into a gold account when I renewed a CD at another bank because they wouldn't take a certified check to purchase a CD they stopped taking the deposits from the other bank excuse 1. Not a good account number WAIT 6 DAYS 2. Can't make a deposit in to a saving account wait 6 days 3. tried two account numbers wait 6 days ( that deposits were made into this account for 9 months this has gone on... read more
I had what I think was sorry service at a local branch . I didn't have the time to argue so I left I call talked with a customer service person named Ataeyah what a delight she was apologetic for what someone else had done .she straightened up the mess this is why I use Neighbors some of the tellers need more training I was going to move my accounts . Dreadful, Awful, Horrendous, Atrocious!!! Service! DO NOT BANK WITH NFCU. I came into the branch to be added to my husbands account and the person assisting us, Aimee Meyers, was a complete failure. Upon activating my cards, she stated that she had typed the wrong expiration date and has to start the process over. Who does that? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED????
