I have been with Neighbors 30 years the service has gone down at the Central location we use. I had a deposit for 9 months going into a gold account when I renewed a CD at another bank because they wouldn't take a certified check to purchase a CD they stopped taking the deposits from the other bank excuse 1. Not a good account number WAIT 6 DAYS 2. Can't make a deposit in to a saving account wait 6 days 3. tried two account numbers wait 6 days ( that deposits were made into this account for 9 months this has gone on... read more
I had what I think was sorry service at a local branch . I didn't have the time to argue so I left I call talked with a customer service person named Ataeyah what a delight she was apologetic for what someone else had done .she straightened up the mess this is why I use Neighbors some of the tellers need more training I was going to move my accounts .
