We reached out to Louis and Neighborhood Transport when my sister's Alzhiemers left her unable to walk and stand. After a few months putting her in the car was a 2 person job and was difficult for us and upsetting to my sister. Louis and his team has been a God-send! She is carefully placed in their van without having to leave her wheelchair which is much less stressful for everyone. Luis and team are Professional, Punctual, Caring, and Friendly. They assist from home to "inside" your destination which is greatly appreciated. We feel safe and secure and well taken care of...Truly a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Company

I used Neighborhood transport today to take my wheelchair bound 86 yr mother to the eye doctor and couldn't be happier. They arrived right on time, were very kind and caring and personally took her inside the office and left their number with the desk so they could come get her when finished , she was treated just as kind and caring on the trip back with a different driver♡ Rates were very reasonable and most importantly..my mother was comfortable, van was immaculate ,felt safe and unlike Uber& Lyft there were absolutely ZER... read more

I have used this company multiple times over the past two weeks. They truly are the BEST! I have used others for my mom and their vehicles were not as nice, people were not as nice and price was WAY more than Neighborhood transport! You cannot go wrong with Neighborhood transport! Great people, great service!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
