I’ve been a regular customer here and have spent a lot of money at this store over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased 3 bottles just 3 days ago, and one of them was completely sealed and unopened. I simply asked if I could exchange it for a different flavor, but they refused because of their 24-hour policy. This is the only place I shop since they came to Katy. I am a person of habit which means I am loyal to specific brands of what I buy. They always have those brands in stock. Other than the occasional, overwhelmed new-hire employee that's being trained, the rest of them are amazing, always helpful and friendly. And if they used a product, they will give you the truth no matter what. For that reason alone, they have my respect and my business. I shop with them at least twice a week.
