This organization is a joke they don’t keep people from eviction they never answer the phone after several weeks when they do decide to take your call after prescreening to be told you don’t work enough hours to get approved if a person is working enough hours they wouldn’t need your help so what are you here for to keep people housed. Your one of the reasons Oklahomans are homeless your a joke.

So I applied last week for rental assistance and got a call back stating what documents I needed to submit with the application. BOOM,submitted application and documents. Couple day later received voicemail about needing more documents, okay I can do that,except for a funeral,they want to see where the family had to chip in to pay for a funeral. Pits me on hold,comes back tells me oh we can't help you anymore, paying for that funeral was considered voluntary......What???? And it wasnt immediate family...What?? So I guess mom... read more
