We built our home with NNHC's sweat equity program. Pros: I absolutely loved our group and new neighbors. They are incredible and we would have gone crazy by the end of the sweat equity program if it weren't for them. I also love my home. It is beautiful and we ended up with a good interest rate. Cons: NNHC's management is the worst. They are very inconsistent group to group. They do not keep to the standards they profess to.
