My family did the program. 3-25/3-26 We didn't get a chance to build our own house. I have a disability so I was on clean up duty. People in my group made decisions for us we where never asked what we wanted or how we needed it done. Brad winwoord and his other contractor Casey Gore didn't ask anything about our house. We built our home with NNHC's sweat equity program. Pros: I absolutely loved our group and new neighbors. They are incredible and we would have gone crazy by the end of the sweat equity program if it weren't for them. I also love my home. It is beautiful and we ended up with a good interest rate. Cons: NNHC's management is the worst. They are very inconsistent group to group. They do not keep to the standards they profess to.
