I went through the drive thru to withdraw funds this morning, and asked for a savings withdrawal slip. They sent me a miscellaneous withdrawal slip instead, which I filled out and sent back. I then sat there for 10+ minutes waiting, just to be sent the slip I originally asked for to sign before getting my money.
