As first-time homebuyers, we had a ton of questions. Brendon was super informative and never made us feel silly for asking things. He was also unfailingly responsive even though we somehow had a knack for needing things while he was traveling! When we finally had an offer accepted, Josh was great to work with, too. Before we started, we were apprehensive about the process of getting a mortgage, but we ended up having a fantastic experience.

Brendon was amazing to work with! He always took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and even followed up to make sure I understood. He was incredibly responsive—usually replying within minutes or calling if it was easier to talk things through. I always felt like he genuinely wanted what was best for me, and that meant so much throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Brendon enough, and I feel so lucky to have worked with him.
