Initially after reviewing some years of my tax refunds, she told me that I was qualified for the mortgage credit certificate(MCC) benefits. Just on the day of closing, just few hours before closing, she now told me that I was not anymore qualified for the MCC. I was highly disappointed. I almost and nearly cancelled the closing.
