Worst loan company i have ever dealt with tried to sell me a home with a interest rate 7.8 luckily the real-estate agent caught this. Of course as a new home buyer i was expecting the company to stand up what the promise that was we have you back and ill take care of everything that didn't happen. Also my mortgage was sold and was never told never let me know and created a major problem I'm working thru now.

I wish I wasn't having to leave a 1 star review but unfortunately I don't have a choice. I'm a Realtor and my clients were pre-approved by Jose Valenzuela, the entire process was such a nightmare. He gave my clients a pre-approval, we find a house, and about a week before closing he comes back saying under writing is asking for paperwork that my clients can't provide because the situation doesn't apply to them.
