I wish I wasn't having to leave a 1 star review but unfortunately I don't have a choice. I'm a Realtor and my clients were pre-approved by Jose Valenzuela, the entire process was such a nightmare. He gave my clients a pre-approval, we find a house, and about a week before closing he comes back saying under writing is asking for paperwork that my clients can't provide because the situation doesn't apply to them.
