Straightforward & honest assessment
With a fluttery wave of his tiny hand, and a squeaky declaration that he had better things to do, Fred Nakamura destroyed my faith in Neighborhood Legal Services. I live in a residential hotel in Glendale. The previous landlord (notorious Glendale developer Joe Perry,) was notorious for neglecting his tenants and workers; but, at least he kept the rent low.
