The customer service is ON POINT. We had an event and had to get change, and the manager Mark, was incredibly kind and helpful. Total life saver! The store looked nice and homey and seemed like a great hometown store. Thank you Mark!
Been going here for years, but just waited 30 minutes to check out and somehow 8 people that were behind me all got called to new lanes they were opening without giving me an opportunity to get “unstuck” from the nightmare lane I was in. When I finally got to cashier she left to go help the next lane over service a guy who had been waiting about 5 minutes compared to my 30. Will never go back. I didn’t even know customer service that bad was possible at a grocery store.
