The lawyer from NDS Lisa Friedman, did not help my husband. Instead she convinced him to plead guilty to 5 years imprisonment. On top of this, she refused to give him his file and records and any suppirting evidence. There is a video and she refuses to give it to him. I believe they tampered with the video and this is why not is concealed.
A lady from NDS called and was very short with me. She said they couldn't help me and kept saying " this is done by design". What does that even mean ???? She didn't give a reason as to why. This lady was very rude and acted as if she was fustrated with me. I only reached out to this organization twice. My first time reaching out was two weeks ago and I am being treated like garbage. Terrible organization
