Engaged with for advice and was given incomplete information and despite assurances from Alodie my notes were not passed on to my night court atty. I’ve sent Alodie several messages sharing my disappointment and have not gotten the courtesy of a reply. Look elsewhere.
Went to them in 2016 regarding citizenship. I needed help because I had previously been arrested. The woman who helped me named Jen was racist and didn’t take my case seriously because I’m Bangladeshi and Muslim which to this woman meant I didn’t need help. She made racist comments and then refused to help me with my husbands visa coming to the US at the time when the Muslim ban was implemented. Her response was he’ll be fine. The lawyer from NDS Lisa Friedman, did not help my husband. Instead she convinced him to plead guilty to 5 years imprisonment. On top of this, she refused to give him his file and records and any suppirting evidence. There is a video and she refuses to give it to him. I believe they tampered with the video and this is why not is concealed.
