The mobile App for making auto loan payments is so annoying. I have to re-enter bank details and set up autopay almost every month after noticing the App has skipped payments. Why have the autopay option when I have to be the one initiating payments all the time.

The staff at neighborhood credit union is so kind and helpful! Whether its in-person or online, I leave every interaction with a smile on my face. The Forney staff is so welcoming I forgot I was at the bank. I called into member services with follow-up questions. Liz was extremly patient and knowledgeable! She answered my millions of questions with ease and stayed on the phone with me while I set up my account, my app, and zelle. She was warm, kind, and positive througout the entire interaction. I took my 87 year old mother to the branch in Forney TX and was humiliated. First they refused to allow my mother who was released from hospital with bags and ports hooked up to her. Then once I got her inside they refused to cash her checks with am ATM card. They required her to bring her ID from home before they could simply cash a check that she have been cashing over the past 5 years. What a mess! Beware of this location not customer friendly at all.
