My husband and I just transferred from a big brand bank. The transfer was super easy! Melanie is a doll. She took the time to really explain the process. We could not be happier with this experience. I am going to encourage my family to move over as well. Won't need to, but would gladly move to Neighborhood Credit Union again.
TERRIBLE - easily the worst bank i've ever dealt with...and that's saying something. ATM is always broken, drive through and lobby are never less than 30 minute wait due to the sub-par morons they hire. Customer service? I don't think they know those words. Find a diff credit union...do yourself a favor.
No different than a big bank. Ignore what they say about your mandatory savings account protecting you from a predatory NSF fee. They call it a $33.00 'Courtesy Pay Fee,' (from 1984?) and apparently it doesn't matter if your account has been flawless for over a year. Ancient clunky ATMS you can't deposit money in; you have to drive through and fill out a form like it's 1995 again. You might as well just give your business to a big bank. At least you will get good service. As soon as I do my taxes I'm closing my account.
If I could give a be Negative star I would. It seems like every month I have to close out my card because of fraudulent transactions on my account. Itâs the banks job to secure our information and if NCU cannot do that then Iâm going to change banks. Itâs such an inconvenience and also frustrating. Also the atm suck, I always have to insert my card 8 times for the atm to read my chip -__- my experience with this bank has been horrible and I will not be banking with them in the future

Poor customer service! I had to close my account due to some fraud charges. After a few days of waiting for a new card I went to the branch to check the status of my card the rep never sent a request for a new one. So now I have to wait 7-10 more days for my card which is a inconvenience ðð½ And NCU doesnât offer a temp card
For the most part friendly Staff. I decided to apply for a personal loan and the process was quick and easy. We were so satisfied with their service that we decided to refinance one of our vehicles through them. Although we already had a low interest rate Frank did a great job dropping it by a couple of point to give us a 2.65%. One of the male tellers was pretty rude we did call and complain not sure if they did anything about it though. However we've dealt with Jisenia a few times and she's always super friendly.
My experience was great from the beginning to the end. Monica Smith was an excellent banker. She gave me all the information I needed. She was very polite and has great customer service skills. She made me feel really comfortable. I'm so happy I came to this location. I will refer her to any.
