I had a wonderful experience applying for an auto loan with Neighborhood Community Federal Credit Union. Ria was so kind to work with and made the process as easy as possible.
I've been a member since 1984 and have no intention of closing my accounts here. Great customer service !! They are always willing and available to help you with any and all of your banking needs. I highly recommend it to anyone needing that personalized banking experience and service. I only wish they had more than one location.
I was trying to make a withdrawal over 4 figures. I wrote down how much I was trying to withdraw trying to be discreet on how much money I would have on me leaving the bank. I asked the manager who was helping the teller whom was in training not to broadcast my transaction. To no avail they broadcast everything no respect for my confidentiality or safety. Now I think about it I give them 1
Exceptional service by very friendly, helpful and caring staff! Always greeted with a smile. They treat me like a friend, not just a member. Their products and loan interest rates are the best! I highly recommend the Neighborhood Community FCU!
