I had a wonderful experience applying for an auto loan with Neighborhood Community Federal Credit Union. Ria was so kind to work with and made the process as easy as possible. Update about a year and a half later: I have now paid off my auto loan and just wanted to say that I would still highly recommend Neighborhood Community Federal Credit Union! They were fantastic to work with and easily accessible for any questions I had. The customer service was amazing, and their rates are great!

I've been a member since 1984 and have no intention of closing my accounts here. Great customer service !! They are always willing and available to help you with any and all of your banking needs. I highly recommend it to anyone needing that personalized banking experience and service. I only wish they had more than one location.
I was trying to make a withdrawal over 4 figures. I wrote down how much I was trying to withdraw trying to be discreet on how much money I would have on me leaving the bank. I asked the manager who was helping the teller whom was in training not to broadcast my transaction. To no avail they broadcast everything no respect for my confidentiality or safety. Now I think about it I give them 1
