Worst representation ever, or non existent. Was supposed to meet with my attorney for the first time after being told I had to be present and I had to bring my little one but she lied about being on a different floor and literally ran a counter-surveillance operation to avoid me the whole time. She refused to answer the phone but would only send text messages claiming she was elsewhere looking for the landlords attorney but in reality she was just a few inches away from me. I’m currently living in one of your locations, 500 exterior .. all I can say is the staff & security , have made my experience here as best as possible.. also the food must be the best within the shelter system.. basically THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.. I’m looking forward to moving out into my own soon
I am a new york state employee and I reside at the shelter 3339 Park ave. The workers are on a power trip. The workers are young and they talk bad to the elders. Before going after elders they should take care of the roach infestation that we have. There's plenty of photos to show and videos. The night staff steals all my cigarettes at night. 2 times I have left full packs of cigarettes downstairs and in the morning there either half a pack or just empty.
They need to stop stealing residents cigarettes. Everyday they steal my stuff
