I’m currently living in one of your locations, 500 exterior .. all I can say is the staff & security , have made my experience here as best as possible.. also the food must be the best within the shelter system.. basically THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.. I’m looking forward to moving out into my own soon
I am a new york state employee and I reside at the shelter 3339 Park ave. The workers are on a power trip. The workers are young and they talk bad to the elders. Before going after elders they should take care of the roach infestation that we have. There's plenty of photos to show and videos. The night staff steals all my cigarettes at night. 2 times I have left full packs of cigarettes downstairs and in the morning there either half a pack or just empty.
They need to stop stealing residents cigarettes. Everyday they steal my stuff
They are really good and professional, I have a housing problem and they are helping me with my case.
