My counselor, Carl Williams, is incredibly knowledgeable about the NACA process. I had heard many negative things about the experience from others, but I found those claims to be untrue. I encourage anyone to try the process for themselves. Thank you, Carl, for helping me understand the steps and guiding me on the path toward my future new home!

I been working with NACA for about a year now and when I tell I have had the best experience with this program they been so nice and patient with me going through this process I really love how they talk to me. I also enjoy talking to them. I really love how they communicate. I really love how they keep me on my task with everything that I need to purchase a house. I’ll soon be a homeowner thanks to them.
The entire process is a joke. I joined based on a recommendation from a friend. I was qualified (it was 6 months in the past) and everything went smoothly and I was house searching but the area I was interested in was either above budget or above the 100% median income. I later started the process again to get re-qualified, mind you my finances were way better then it was when I was previously qualified, and their team would take a week to respond then come back saying not enough funds.
