Been working with my NACA counselor to purchase my first home. The process did seem very intimidating at first. However, with counseling and guidance we were able to conquer this daunting tasks. NACA requests for a lot of information but they want to set you up for success so you are not house poor. Seems like an amazing program and I am excited to go through this process. Will recommend to family and friends.

Life-changing experience with NACA! My counselor, Angela, was professional, organized, and truly caring. She helped me get my finances in order and gave me confidence moving forward. Highly recommend NACA.

Before contacting NACA, I researched other programs to educate myself and gain guidance through the home-buying process. I am currently working to complete all the requirements to become NACA-qualified. Although the process is very thorough, I am working with a knowledgeable and patient counselor who welcomes my questions and responds in a timely manner. I am looking forward to purchasing my home through NACA and know that the process will be worth the wait.

The NACA home buying process is not quick or easy, but it is worth it. There are a lot of requirements and paperwork, which can feel overwhelming at times. However, the benefits—such as no down payment, no closing costs, and low interest rates—make the effort worthwhile. If you are disciplined and patient, NACA is a great path to homeownership.
