I’ve been working with naca to help us find the perfect home and they are absolutely wonderful
The naca first homebuyers program takes time persistence and alot of patience. You have to have consistent communication with the counselors that have your file. Ask a bunch of questions and do everything they are requesting of you. The timeline of Homeownership through this program is tailored to each individual case but its definitely worth it. The interest rates are great the information you recieve on Homeownership is great. If your looking to become a homeowner naca is definitely the program for you.
Been working with my NACA counselor to purchase my first home. The process did seem very intimidating at first. However, with counseling and guidance we were able to conquer this daunting tasks. NACA requests for a lot of information but they want to set you up for success so you are not house poor. Seems like an amazing program and I am excited to go through this process. Will recommend to family and friends.

Before contacting NACA, I researched other programs to educate myself and gain guidance through the home-buying process. I am currently working to complete all the requirements to become NACA-qualified. Although the process is very thorough, I am working with a knowledgeable and patient counselor who welcomes my questions and responds in a timely manner. I am looking forward to purchasing my home through NACA and know that the process will be worth the wait.
