Still... 1 year later having to get issues solved that they did poorly. When trying to reach out via email, calls, and any other means... we get nowhere. When researching who to call it shows how the company was bought out. Never will I use them to even count the change from couch cushions. Update: no calls no returns from any person and we now owe irs 6k. They claim to know what they are doing but take advantage of people and leave you cleaning up the mess they make. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!
I am writing to WARN!!!! Everyone to stay away from this NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANCE TAX!!! This place is VERY unprofessional. I got audit from the IRS and was told by The OFFICE SO CALLED MANAGER ERICKA, to send her the audit paperwork and have been sending several email, left enough voice message and they are so unprofessional they don't have the descend to call or email you back. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst company ever. Did my taxes 2019 with them, the lady did a horrible job to the point that I had issues with the IRS because of them that never got resolved. The company took most of my money , I did not get my full refund I got LESS and literally never resolved the issue. When I told the lady she told me she had nothing to do with it and then a second time she told me that she didn’t work for the company anymore which was a LIE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
