I wish I could give them less than 1 Star! They charged over $1,000 to file basic 1040 taxes, filed false information ended up having an audit and now having to amend my taxes! I would not recommend this company to anyone. No communication, poor customer service I don’t know how they’re open!
VERY VERY poor service. I have tried to contact over and over and no one will call me back. I paid for service and come to find out by IRS, they did not submit all the documents was supposed to and now i am being penalized for it. Someone needs to report to BBB, due to is taking peoples money for a service that they are not completing.
Do not do your taxes with this company these told me I will be getting my tax return in the mail from May 2020 and it’s now October 5 they calmed the irs sent the irs send everyone’s money to their bank by accident and it will be direct deposited back to us. Which is a lie they steal peoples money and I have already informed the local police force about their fraudulent actions!
I I need their contact numbers because I cannot get ahold of anybody in their office since taxis in his ended in April and I can't find any office that is it open there are the worst company ever I think they're illegal to
Worst place ever, I have lawyers looking into them, they gave the IRS Fake report of numbers, lefted out my w4, and put fake account information for return. Dont use them
