Anytime shit hits the fan in my life, acupuncture is what helps me solve the problems and move through the changes with grace. Tona is a great practitioner whom I remember from the community acupuncture days.
Tona is awesome. He spends a lot of time really getting to know what’s going on in your body, and also placing all the needles. You can tell he really cares and is a real healer. He was able to fix a shoulder pain I’ve had forever. I guess acupuncture works. :)

Tona is excellent! My body was messed up, I felt cold all the time, literally freezing in 70F weather. Tona helped me so much, fixed it via several sessions of acupuncture!
