Dr. Ramirez is the best acupuncturist I have ever had hands down. He is so knowledgeable about the body and makes you feel very comfortable and safe as a practitioner. I have gone in for various back and neck issues and even a ganglion cyst on my wrist that he literally made disappear. Every time I have left his office I feel so much better.
I was supposed to have my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Ramirez today at 9:00 am. I got to the center 15 minutes earlier as requested. The secretary told me she hasn’t seen him today, but that I should wait. It’s 9:45 am and we still haven’t seen him. We tried calling him many times and he is not responding his phone. I had to take time off work to make it to this appointment and I’ve waisted my morning. Never coming back again.
