I have a friend at this facility, and the front desk and staff are genuinely very nice. That said, I couldn't help but notice one of the manual doors at the main entrance sticks a little. Instead of just... fixing the door, they put up a sign that says "PULL HARD." It just made me chuckle. I might have given them five stars if I didn't have to provide a phone for my friends room -- kind of feels like renting a hotel and being told to bring your own bed. But yes, the staff is great!
When Deb is at the front desk she is wonderfully friendly to the visitors and residents. Despite being busy with daily activities the staff is willing to take time to answer questions regarding my family member's care.
Visiting my uncle and the staff is very helpful
At first the advanced entry system seemed cumbersome, but that’s just the first time. Once it has your information, your face in the screen quickly identifies you and you’re good to go
