We used to recommend this business to everyone. We’ve been seeing Randy for our income taxes for nearly a decade and have had great experiences, until this year. I don’t know what happened. We saw Randy in March to get our income taxes done. Then last month I received a letter from CRA about something in my 2024 claim, upon looking at it, it appeared Randy made an error in my claim. My taxes got reassessed due to missing a T4. I ended up having to pay 5,000$ due to the reassessment, penalty’s, and interest. I tried contacting Randy for help on this as he did my taxes and missed the T4, No response…
So I used to recommend Randy to everyone. Was an awesome accountant bit this year I got a letter from the cra wanting to review my taxes. Gave them a call, they said Randy is on holidays he'll contact me back...no call back. Called again holidays still no call back...I have a deadline on this that I informed them. They do not care.
