I just called to ask if she makes blouses and she responds “who is this?” And I said “a customer that is interested in getting a blouse made” and I ask her again and she says yes, then I ask her how much does she charge, and she says I don’t know and then hangs up the phone. Yup! She lost a customer for sure.
