Ryan is amazing. I bought a Cowboy 6900 from him a few weeks ago and the pre sale and after sale support he provided was way beyond anything I've ever experienced. Prompt reply to my email for trouble shooting a new Cowboy 797 machine. Ryan Neel spent 4 hours with me via phone to completely set up, tune and educate me on the use and mastery of the sewing machine. Invaluable commitment of time and expertise to help a customer. They have a new loyal customer. Can’t say enough about their willingness to resolve the issues.
I recently purchased a Cowboy Outlaw sewing machine from a retailer in Australia . I was having problems with the the stitch length varying . I emailed Ryan Neel with my problem , he replied immediately with the solution . It was fantastic service and his fix worked .
I bought a Cowboy Outlaw from Ryan Neal several years ago and it was the smartest purchase of my life. Ryan answered every question and has treated me like family.
