I recently purchased a Cowboy Outlaw sewing machine from a retailer in Australia . I was having problems with the the stitch length varying . I emailed Ryan Neel with my problem , he replied immediately with the solution . It was fantastic service and his fix worked .
I bought a Cowboy Outlaw from Ryan Neal several years ago and it was the smartest purchase of my life. Ryan answered every question and has treated me like family. Trying to be smart, one day I decided to lubricate the machine. I removed several pieces which I shouldn't have, and when putting it back together realized that I had rendered the machine totally useless. I am the proud owner of the Cowboy Outlaw Sewing Machine- I had a small issue with a part and ph'd Ryan-- expecting to hear the old story- that it was unfortunate- nothing can be done except buy another part- SURPRISE- without even a hestation Ryan gave me a new part under warranty. This kind of exceptional service took me right off guard- I am a customer for life.
Ryan has taken care of me since I opened my leather shop almost 13 years ago. His help (even after hours) in assisting me with problems has been invaluable. He is a major part of why my shop is doing so well. His machines are top notch, and regardless of the years that have passed since buying, he continues to help me. I can't recommend this business high enough. A pleasure to work with.
