Neel's Saddlery should be the model for customer service. I had some issues with a motor, and Ryan was quick to help troubleshoot the issue. When we couldn't figure it out, he sent out a replacement. He is a great guy to talk to and he knows his products and is happy to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to use them for future needs!
Ryan is amazing. I bought a Cowboy 6900 from him a few weeks ago and the pre sale and after sale support he provided was way beyond anything I've ever experienced. He solved a minor issue I was experiencing via text - his instructions were clear and comprehensive. Beyond that the machine I purchased is a beast.
