These folks are terrific. They cost less than other tax preparers and they have rare communication skills. They answer their phones. They send out materials promptly. My tax preparer in prior years, part owner Susan Toleffson was great but she never wanted to meet in person. This current change of ownership is exceptionally personable, kind, and patient and that's why I don't mind driving out from San Francisco in heavy traffic to meet with them. They listen, they advise, they recommend and I never feel criticized or judged.... read more
