I bought a new house with two new systems thinking I would not have to worry about the AC. When I found out that the unit for the upstairs was not cooling very well the previous homeowner was nice enough to give me the information on who installed. Knowing that the ceiling was already screwed up from where they tried to fix it I knew I was in for flight trying to get any kind of warranty.
