The entire staff is rude and unprofessional to senior citizens .I would give them no stars if it was possible 😭👎
Front desk person abusive to elderly,makes her own rules up and inforces them.yells at the elderly.created rules on smoking,that is not backed up by laws on books .no signs,stating rules,on smoking outside.just the desk person raren to school anyone who breaks her rules.this is blatant abuse against elderly,that is illegal..Yelling at elderly people is illegal.threats,as I was told to leave for braking a nonexistent law,or rule.CA state law no smoking 20 ft from entrance on public property.So she creates issues with elderly ... read more
