Had good experience in store. Love the mattress we bought. But we're a little disappointed with delivery. It was a tight squeeze getting a king mattress up the stairs. I was already aware it was tight and figured there was a "best way" to do it. I made the suggestion but the delivery guys said they were fine. They did get it up the stairs but with a lot of rubbing against walls and ceiling. Didn't really notice any marking at the time but afterwards, I found marks on the walls and ceiling.
