Really lovely store and staff wants to help
The greatest store ever!! Not only do they have 10 million thread and canvas options, they couldn’t be nicer. My LNS in Florida is not welcoming and definitely not friendly to beginners. Everyone at needlepoint junction was so helpful, but Keeley was a GEM! My mom and I came in the store and she helped us with threads and was so patient and made it such a fun memory for the two of us.
New needlepointer here 🙋♀️ who decided to pop into Needlepoint Junction this past weekend while visiting my family in HHI for the holiday. I was very excited to have my first “LNS” experience, but this was quickly dulled when I started browsing in this store. I noticed that there were a few additional customers shopping, all of which were offered help except for me. Always great, friendly and helpful service at NPJ. Fulfillment of requests is the speediest I have experienced hampered only occasionally by slow delivery from design houses. IG videos are short, crisp and helpful as are Zoom classes. Best ndlpt shop.
