Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest ladies!!! Do not shop here. Go to Lycette in Palm beach they are actually nice there. These ladies could not have been more rude. Walked out!!! DONT SHOP HERE.
The workers are super rude. I came in 10 minutes before close and they whispered as I walked in and I said I’ll be out before 4 don’t worry I just want to take a look quickly. They basically kicked me out 5 minutes before they even closed. Customer service is a negative star experience. Lycette on Palm Beach is higher quality and amazing customer service experience. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I just wanted to look and would’ve came back to actually make a purchase.
Had a less desirable experience being met at the door with racism that was coated in the cost consciousness. Kathy should not assume a young black woman can not afford the hobby that I’ve done extensive research into; I simply ask for advice. I was brought the cheapest options on multiple occasions despite me stating that cost is not an issue. I have to say this place was on my list of visiting for a bit but after today it's totally off. I visited this store because I wanted too see all the products offered, but I especially went in for the silk thread and also too see if they had any sashiko products. Im not sure who this lady was but I when I walked in 2 ladies where standing by the counter busy talking. I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this needlepoint shop was awful. The owner was shockingly rude and dismissive — my Mom came in excited to browse and ask a few questions for help with her current project, but was met with eye rolls and curt, condescending responses. He made my mother feel like she was an inconvenience just for being there. The selection might be fine, but it’s hard to appreciate anything when the atmosphere is so unwelcoming.
