I had the absolute best experience at Needlepoint Alley thanks to Kathy! Even while juggling multiple customers, she was so incredibly sweet, patient, and kind. Her warm, friendly demeanor made me feel instantly welcome—like I’d been coming there for years. She truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole visit such a joy. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention and genuine kindness these days. Thank you, Kathy! I can’t wait to come back!
Cathy and her team were so helpful. Anne helped me pick out the best skeins for my canvas. They have a wide range of canvases and the store is just precious.

Not friendly overcharges and does not follow through on finishing. I would never go back to the store again and I’m giving needlepoint alley and Kathy the owner a horrible review. I suggest you don’t go there Never completes what she promises my canvas came back, not completed as promised by her and made me do the research and have it go back to the finisher she would not take responsibility to do it. She’s just not pleasant.
