Incredible selection and unmatched service! Such care and consideration taken into advising me on the threads and stitches to use on my new canvas. So welcoming to this new needlepointer. Patient, informative and went out of their way to make sure I left happy. Even put the stretcher bars on the canvas for me to teach this newbie how to do it. I would give 6 stars. Thank you!!!

I’m new to needlepoint and have only done pre made kits from craft stores, this was my first venture into kitting the canvas myself. The staff there were so warm and welcoming and had really helped me choose the colors for my project. At the same time introducing me to everyone who was there working on their own projects. Such a small great community and will be coming back for future projects.

If i could give 0 stars i would. No respect or common sense with these people. A owner of a cadillac , hit my car. I asked her nice why she do that and she acts as if nothing has happened. Crazy world we live in.

I Purchased a three piece Needlepoint canvas for a Pocketbook At Needlepaint nook .. I brought it back to the store for finishing and we agreed on a price of $1000. Several months later I still hadn’t gotten it back and kept calling about it and they said it’s not done yet after a year I finally called and asked for it back if it wasn’t finished, and of course it wasn’t finished however, there were stitches on the canvas it looks like it was started in the finisher.
