SueL I've been going to the Needle house for 20+ years. Nancy and her staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Great shop!
Knowledgable but cliquish I go to the Needle House because it is near my home (River oaks area). the trunk shows are good. The people working there can be a little haughty if you are not one of the "regulars". This becameobvious when I went from outsider to insider after purchasing a monthly series of canvases and stitch charts. They will help you pull threads, but tend to recommend the old standbys rather than the newest threads.
